About the role

We’re seeking a Deployment Strategist who operates at the boundary of model and enterprise. You will embed with partners, identify where intelligence creates durable leverage, and work directly with researchers and engineers to ship systems that matter. What you learn will shape our roadmap. When something fails, you’ll know why before anyone else.

What you'll do

• Embed onsite with enterprise partners to understand how high-stakes decisions are made

• Identify the highest-leverage problems where domain-specialized models or agents create structural advantage

• Run working sessions with executive stakeholders to determine what is realistically buildable in 3, 6, and 12 months

• Translate field insight into model direction, product priorities, and agent architecture decisions

• Own the full commercial cycle end-to-end — from first executive conversation to signed contract — framing technical capability as business outcome

• Build and qualify enterprise pipeline across target verticals, and structure deal economics
  (pricing, scope, success criteria) that make 0→1 deployments commercially viable

• Quantify impact and ensure each deployment compounds into repeatable capability

• Build internal deployment patterns, reference architectures, and operational playbooks

You may be a good fit if you

• Have a strong technical foundation (CS, EE, or equivalent experience) and can engage deeply with researchers and engineers

• Think clearly about LLMs, agents, and system design — not just features

• Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining structure where none exists

• Can influence VP- and C-level stakeholders without relying on authority

• Care about where AI gets deployed — and the consequences of deploying it poorly

Strong candidates may also have

• Experience deploying AI or data systems into complex enterprises

• Worked in roles blending technical depth and strategic execution (e.g., AI deployment, forward engineering, technical strategy)

• Experience framing technical work in terms of measurable operational leverage

• Track record of originating and closing enterprise deals — ideally in technically complex or emerging product categories where the buyer is learning the category alongside you

• Fluency in executive-level commercial conversations: pricing strategy, scoping POCs that convert, navigating procurement, and structuring contracts that protect both delivery risk and expansion upside
